I have not written a blog in a while.  I returned home from Tampa, FL almost a week ago,  Clips4sale.com  sponsered Fetishcon and it was my third year in a row attending! I think I caught a little something on my first flight (there were so many people coughing) I had a great time seeing my kinky friends and ordering room service I love room service!! I was just about to enjoy my lovely glass of shiraz with Salmon and veggies when there was a Fire alarm and we were instructed to evacuate the building! I grabbed my purse in one hand and my glass of wine in the other, My purse witch contains my whole life and snacks (cuz you never know if you are going to be stuck someplace for a while.) The wine I took with me because I thought if I need to remain calm it might help. Everyone out on the street was in various degrees of clothing one girl still had rope tied around her ankles and was topless! The fire trucks surrounded the building and we all looked up but saw no signs of fire. I saw my sexy friend Maxine X who I shot one of the hottest girl girl scenes ever with last year at fetishcon. She helped me drink my wine and recorded the whole sidewalk scene with her camera. Oh darn I should have grabbed my camera I thought, But I honestly did not think there was a fire. Someone made a joke that Ashley Fires was smoking hot and that set off the alarm Haha. We stood outside for about an hour before we were let back in. The next two days of the convention seemed to just fly by.

I almost missed my flight home due to a crazy cab ride and an even crazier cab driver. I think sometimes they drive like maniacs just to scare the passengers. twelve hours later I arrived in L.A. to find out that my doggie’s condition had gotten worse, I felt so guilty having to leave her for work. she is not a puppy anymore and she is having some issues. She is 17 which is like 90 years old in human years. I do not want to go into detail but I hold a very heavy heart and have been spending as much time with her as possible. We have been coughing together at the same time, poor thing. We have been to the vet a few times this week and I have not felt like talking to anyone or answering e-mails or doing much of anything. So this is also an apology to those of you who may have been affected by my MIA status lately.

So the good news is I am almost over my cold!!! Summer colds are the worst. It is no fun taking care of another sicky poo when you are not feeling to hot yourself. I have been sick more than usual this year but I have also been a traveling fool this year too. In other Ashley Fires news I am going to star Feautre Dancing again this fall!! YAY =) last year was great I did a cross country tour and even danced in Canada!! I am going to kick off this years Fall Fest Feature tour right here in L.A. my hometown!!!
I will keep you posted on when where etc. Okay I am going to answer some e-mails now. Until next time…
