I WON!!!!! I WON!!!!!  I am so excited!!  I am still in shock that I actually Won! Miss XBIZ Summer 2009!!! I smile from ear to ear every time I look at my tiarra.

 I had been practicing my Fire dance for weeks!!! I wanted it to be a surprise soo I kept it a secret. I Was soo nervous with butterflies in my stomach and a little shake in my fingers!! It was very windy and I was going to dance with Fire Fans, Two big metal fans with five wicks of flame that could burn up to three feet ( depending on the amount of kerosene that gets absorbed ) In all of my practice I had yet to dance in the wind, but still I felt really confident, considering.  I knew there was a bikini portion and a “talent” portion of the pagaent Or If you did not want to preform a “talent” you could take a question, well of course I wanted to do both, a question and a talent Why not??

So I was called up to the stage and the MC asked what my talent was, and I said “oh I am not prepared for that yet!” So I got the question. The question was ” If you were stranded on a deserted island what three things would you want to have with you?” I replied “A Man, a Woman, and some sunscreen what else do you need?”  The only reaction was from my friends who cheered for me. I was worried I would not get a chance to do my talent that I had worked my poor little hands in to bruises and blisters for!! I told them that I needed to return to the stage after the other girls were done. and they told me ok no problem. I had brought a CD with my music on it but wouldn’t you know it the DJ did not have a CD player!! He said he had my song( Sex on Fire ) in another version, ok The show must go on I thought. Finally It was my turn to set the stage on Fire!! One of my friends lit up my fans and handed them off to me on stage. I stumbled a bit so I decided to go barefoot and I kicked off my shoes, kicked one of them right into some poor guy’s balls!! opps! OFF to a good start…

 MY routine that was branded in to my brain was nowhere to be found!! I was blank!! and my music was not playing!! I had my dance choreographed to my Music!! So, I just when with it, totally freestyling, Dancing barefoot like a litle fire pixie just trying to keep the flames off of me!! Thank god I had drenched my hair with a water bottle minutes before stepping on to the stage. The photographers rushed the stage and some of them even crowded my space on stage! That’s okay they backed of after almost getting burned ;-)

It was a success!! Nobody got burned!! I threw out a  handful of ice when I was done dancing and struted down the steps off the stage. The judges had to tally up their votes. A few minutes later it was announced that there was a tie!! Oh NO!! a tie between Trisha Uptown and Ashley Fires !!!  It was decided that a dance off would decide the winner!! Trisha uptown immediately went to the judges table and started giving mini lapdances. Oh was I glad there was a stage with a stripper pole and those years of feature dancing really came in handy when I got up on that pole and started spinning and shaking my bootay =)

The judges voted again and guess what??? TIE AGAIN!!!! Wow REALLY?? AGAIN??  The crowd kept yelling out that we should just share the tittle and the crown. Hmmm “There can be only one, We only have one crown” the MC said.  In a secret ballot the true feelings of the judges came out> The MC announced That Ashley Fires was the winner of miss XBIZ Summer ‘09 !!!!!!!!! Yay!! She asked me how I felt and I said “I am excited!!”  The drop dead stunningly beautiful Niki Jayne ( last year’s winner ) crowned me and put the sash on me. I was then wisked away for interviews and pictures for about 45 minutes!! Sweaty and exhasted it was wonderful having so many hugs and kisses and congratulations!!!

I wore my tiarra that night to the players ball. I think this is the longest blog I have ever written - Thanks for reading. Untill next time,
