I miss my Baby…
I have suffered a loss recently, I had to say goodbye to my best friend Tigger, she was a beautiful Shiba Inu mix. Street dog recue turned in to a princess. By far the coolest dog ever, calling her a dog does not even seem fair, she was my baby. The connection between us was so special, more than I have ever had with any other animal. I miss her more than I could ever fully describe in words. Until now I have not allowed myself to greive, I simply did not have the time, now I have to go pick up my sweet Tigger’s ashes from the vet, the place I last saw her.
Tigger got to travel across the United States by car twice! She got to leave her scent in 35 different states! She was spoiled with affection, long walks, and an organic diet. Tigger was 18. That’s 96 in our years. She lived better than most people, but that is nothing compared to what she gave to us.

She will be missed.

Ashley – I’m really sorry to hear about Tigger. I know how hard it was when my dog Max was hit by a car. She was clearly a huge part of your life (and a beautiful dog) and I hope you’re doing okay.

Hey Ashley, I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I know first hand how close you can get to a pet. They eventually become a member of your family and you treat them just like one, and sometimes better than some family members. You would do anything to help them and make them happy. I don’t know how I would handle losing Robo. I wish you the best in getting through your loss. Take care.

I know the pain from which you suffer. There is no greater pain or sense of loss then to lose one that is so close, so dear and you love so much. What got me through the loss of Sany was surrounding myself with those that loved me and remebering the good times and keeping those memories close to my heart. Know that I am always there for you my dear Ashley!

Ashley:
I’m so sorry for your loss. I understand, in time you will feel better and understand you gave another being
good love & a good life. I still miss my dogs, and it’s been 4 and 8 years, I will never forget them, and feel lucky to have known them. sometimes getting another helps too.
Sorry I have to ask this but, she was 18? that is amazing if accurate, I think the record is 20 or 21?
you are a very lucky lady to have a dog live that long!
take care

One of the most adorable dogs I have ever seen. Dogs are wonderful but there are only a few special ones that stand out from all the rest. Consider yourself blessed to have shared your life with an amazing dog with a human soul. Her spirit will live with you forever.
