Dinner party
Sat 5-2-09 I had three friends over for dinner saturday Night. I try to have at least one little get together once a month. Feeding the special people in my life makes me very happy! I love to indulge with friends ( makes you feel less guilty )
The menu- my very own awesome recipes!!
Penne w/ fresh Basil (from my garden) red peppers, sweet onion, garlic, in a tomato marsala reduction W/ organic chicken sausage!
Green salad w/ goat cheese, cucumbers carrots, pita chip crutons, and my homemade salad dressing!
French bread oven toasted w/ olive oil, garlic and parsley
And for desert I made Boston cream pie!!!!
MMMM boston cream pie ooohhh. Why do they call it that??? when it is a cake?? hmm oh well It was So good everything turned out really well and my friends were really impressed and nice enough to take the leftovers so I would not eat it all in the middle of the night =) Like a blood thirsty vampire I crave two things late at night- sweets and sweet lovin!!

I see how it is…just kidding. One of these days…anyway I see you as a gourmet chef owning your own restaurant some day! The discriptionof your menu…I can almost smell it and taste all the way to here!
